Tony Allen Pargeon

Tony Allen Pargeon, 38, of Rockbridge, passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 at OSU Medical Center, Columbus. He was born December 24, 1973, in Lancaster, son of Ralph Thomas (Diana) Pargeon of Pickerington and Melissa (Brett) McClaskey McGlothlin of Rushville. He was married to Jennifer Taylor Pargeon of Rockbridge, who survives, for 16 years.

Tony graduated from Fairfield Union High School.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his children, Braydon, Dalton and Alexis Pargeon of the home; brothers, Mike and Greg Pargeon of Pickerington; stepbrother, Robert Knox of Lancaster; parents-in-law, Jim and Cathy Taylor of Rockbridge; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Regina Hart of Thornville, Julie Rutter of Rockbridge, Jamie Lowes of Columbus and Jimmy Taylor of Wilkesville; stepmother, Janet Harvey of Lancaster; grandparents, Louis and Rita McClaskey of Bremen and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Mary Alice Pargeon; uncle, Louis V “Bud” McClaskey and stepfather, Charlie Hancock.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday, November 9, 2012 at the New Life Christian Center, 2642 Columbus Lancaster NW Rd., Lancaster with Pastor Gary Keller officiating. Interment will be in New Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge. Friends may call Thursday from 4-8 PM at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan and one hour prior to the service at the church.
