Robert "Bob" C. Skipper

Robert C. “Bob” Skipper, 53, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at his residence. He was born October 13, 1959 in West Virginia, son of the late Bobby M. and Janet J. Monroe Skipper. Bob was married for 31 years to Cynthia Kegler Skipper, who survives.

He was a mechanic at Savko and Sons.

Bob is survived by his daughters, Bobbi J. Skipper of Logan and Heather M. Skipper of Logan; stepchildren; Mandy (Julian) Lockhart of Columbus and Kenny Kirk of Columbus; fourteen grandchildren; sisters, Susan (David) Alley of Somerset, Kentucky; uncles, Grover (Lee) Monroe of Cleveland and Lowell Cook of West Virginia; three nieces; two great nieces and two great nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Destiny Skipper.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Saturday, December 29, 2012 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Charles Fidler officiating. Interment will be in Union Evangelical Church Cemetery, Baltimore. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, from 11 A.M. until the time of the service.
