Mildred Irene Hill Stewart Inboden

Mildred Irene Hill Stewart Inboden, 91, of McArthur, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Arbors East Nursing Home in Columbus. She was born April 30, 1921 in Vinton County, daughter of the late Charles Hill and Alda Beltz Hill Peoples. Mildred was the widow of the late Earl Inboden.

She retired as a nurse from Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan and Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster.

Mildred is survived by her children, Ronald Stewart of McArthur, Mary Herres of McArthur, Donald Stewart of McArthur, Russell (Vanessa) Stewart of McArthur, Carolyn (Rick) Kraft of West Chester, Wayne (Bert) Stewart of McArthur and Kathryn Stewart of Columbus; twenty five grandchildren; forty eight great grandchildren; sixteen great great grandchildren; a brother, Raymond Peoples of McArthur and sisters, June Smith of Cody, Wyoming, Erma Mae Hill of Virginia Beach and Mamie O’Conner of London, Ohio.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Winnie Marvin Stewart; daughter, Virginia Ann Coles; son, John Stewart; one granddaughter and five brothers.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, January 10, 2013 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Pastor Carl Radcliff officiating. Interment will be in Lebanon Cemetery, Vinton County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 5-7 P.M.
