Joseph S. Fiume

Joseph S. Fiume, 80, of Laurelville, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at his residence. He was born October 20, 1932 in Gibisonville, son of the late Joseph and Edith Merle Kendel Fiume. He was married to Helen Stump Fiume for 61 years.

He was retired from Dupont in Circleville. Joe loved going to the Liberty Bell Restaurant in Bremen to listen to country music. He was proud of the fact that he donated over 18 gallons of blood.

Joe is survived by his daughters, Kathy (Rick) Carter of Laurelville, Cindy (Tim) Chamberlain of Gibisonville, Karen (Greg) Reno of Gibisonville and Lisa (Mark) Harper of Carroll; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Culbertson of Tarlton and Clara Griener of Circleville.

In addition to his parent, he was preceded in death by a son, Joseph L. Fiume and sisters, Genevieve Evans and Gloria Dennis.

At Joe’s request, no services will be held.
