Faye Church

Faye Church, 85, of McArthur, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. She was born January 26, 1928 in Dorothy, West Virginia, daughter of the late Charles and Merlia Pauley Hunter. Faye was the widow of the late Patrick Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Church of McArthur and niece and caregiver, Brenda Lafferty of McArthur.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sons, Charles Church and Patrick Church Jr.; three sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, October 3, 2013 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Jim Henderson officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, one hour prior to the service.
