Mannard V. Gainer

Mannard V. Gainer, 86, of McArthur, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Hospice of Butler and Warren County in Franklin, Ohio. He was born August 18, 1927 in Belpre, Ohio son of the late Mannie Gainer and Ruth Sims Gainer Reynolds. He was married to the late Ruth Jean Carmichael Gainer.

Mannard retired from Columbia Gas and was a member of the McArthur Eagles AERIE #2279.

He is survived by his sons, Jerald Clifford (Paula) Gainer of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Roger Lee (Mary) Gainer of Middletown, Ohio; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 10 A.M., Wednesday, November 6, 2013 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 6-8 P.M. where an eagles service will be held at 7 P.M.
