Charles "Dick" Richard Armstrong

Charles R. “Dick” Armstrong, 76, of Circleville, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born April 4, 1937 in Logan, son of the late Charles and Helen Mildred Hysell Armstrong.

Dick retired from Strawser Paving in Columbus and was a Marine Veteran.

He is survive by his son, Scott Richard (Sharma) Armstrong of Circleville; daughters, Cathy (Rod) Emmons of North Ferrisburg, Vermont, Beth Wolfe of Circleville, Barbara (Mike) Robinette of Circleville and Jennifer Lynn Neal of Circleville; grandchildren, Michael, Nick, Chris, Thadd, Jennifer, Jason, Robert and Richard; six great grandchildren and brothers, William (Eva) Armstrong of McArthur and Jack Armstrong of Westerville.

Funeral services will be held 10 A.M., Monday, November 18, 2013 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with William Armstrong officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, from 2-5 P.M.
