Juanita J. Boling

Juanita J. Boling, 92, of Nelsonville, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at Crestview Manor Nursing Home in Lancaster. She was born August 26, 1921 in Columbus, daughter of the late Walter and Nellie Dupler Wilson. Juanita was the widow of the late Harold Boling.

She retired from Brooks Shoe Factory after 38 years of service and attended the Nelsonville First United Methodist Church.

Juanita is survived by her son, Robert (Linda) Boling of Lancaster; grandchildren, Kelly (Dwayne) Shaffer of Lancaster and Stacey (David) Slatton of Seattle, Washington; great grandchildren, Justin and Elizabeth Polt of Bellbrook, Kristen Shaffer of Lancaster and Amelia and Evangeline Slatton.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Walter Rodney Boling.

Funeral services will be held 12 P.M., Tuesday, December 31, 2013 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville with Rev. Mark Dupler officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 10 A.M. until the time of the service.
