Regina L. Holl, 89, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at The Carlin House in Logan. She was born June 10, 1924 in Union Furnace, Ohio, daughter of the late James Hall and Nellie Weed Downhour. Regina was the widow of the late Barton S. Holl.
She was a member of the former Immanuel United Methodist Church.
Regina is survived by her daughter, Susan K. Stoltz of Delaware, Ohio; grandchildren, Melanie Stoltz of Westlake, Ohio, Melissa (Dave) Vermillion of Marengo, Melinda Radabaugh of Delaware and Daniel Stoltz of Newport, Kentucky; great grandchildren, Isaac and Eric Vermillion; a brother, Frank (Barbara) Downhour of Logan; sister-in-law, Elizabeth “Betty” Brandt of Logan and a special nephew, Dick (Connie) Brandt of Logan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Melvin Wolfe; sister, Norma Ann Downhour and son-in-law, David Stoltz.
Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Friday, January 17, 2014 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Larry Hoffmann officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Regina L. Holl, to the Logan Holl Foundation, P.O. Box 698, Logan, Ohio 43138.
