Joan M. Huston

Joan M. Huston, 82, of Logan, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014 at The Carlin House in Logan. She was born January 7, 1932 in Hocking County, daughter of the late George Washington and Florence Ringhiser Ruff. Joan was the widow of the late Robert L. Huston.

She was a devout member of the United Brethren Church.

Joan is survived by her sons, Doug (Kathy) Huston, Bob (Deanna) Huston and Greg (Barb) Huston all of Logan; daughter, Debra (Steve) Sheets of Logan; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; a sister, Jerri Pavlik of Columbus and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mona Marie Huston; four sisters and four brothers.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Friday, January 24, 2014 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor Doug Stull officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hocking County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M.
