Carol S. Graves

Carol S. Graves, 61, of Ray, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 7, 1953 in Ray, daughter of Martha Estep Remy of Ray and the late Clyde W. Remy.

Carol was a former nurse’s aid at Huston’s Nursing Home in Hamden.

She is survived by her daughters, Michelle Harper of Jackson and Stephanie (Matthew) Smith of Londonderry; grandchildren, Tiffany and Harry Harper and Lexi and Sydney Smith; great granddaughter, Skylar Elizabeth; brothers, Roy Remy, Jeff (Jody) Remy and Gary (Gina) Remy all of Ray; a sister, Brenda (Donald) Humphries of Bainbridge and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Carol was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Remy.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Wednesday, January 29, 2014 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Pastor Rob Fulton officiating. Interment will be in Londonderry Cemetery, Londonderry. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 5-8 P.M.
