Robert Lee Peoples

Robert Lee Peoples 73, of Dundas, passed away, Sunday, February 16, 2014 at his residence. He was born July 15, 1940 in McArthur, son of the late William Edward Peoples and Della Mae Boyer (James) Molihan. He was married to Lois Puckett Peoples, who survives.

Bob was retired from the former Industrial Timber and Land Company and Industrial Pallet and Packing Company. He was a 1958 graduate of Hamden High School and a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by sons, Robert (Jessie) Peoples of Millfield, James Peoples of Londonderry and William (Alison) Peoples of McArthur; grandchildren, Hannah Coleman, Keith Peoples, Tyler Peoples and Ashley Peoples; brother John (Lou) Peoples of McArthur and sisters, Wuanita “Mae” Sperry of Wellston and Grace “Pat” (Terry Stewart) Puckett of Dundas.

Friends may call Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur. According to his wishes, Mr. Peoples will be cremated following the visitation.
