Larry A. Wells

Larry A. Wells, 64, of Logan, formerly of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at his residence. He was born May 22, 1949 in Toledo, son of Gayle S. Bouldin Wells of Henderson, Nevada and the late Walter E. Wells.


Larry was veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Larry had a very successful career as a radio announcer in Ohio and Las Vegas, Nevada.


He is survived by his daughter, Angie Wells of Toledo; brothers, Doug (Amy) Wells of Logan and Steve Wells of Largo, Florida; sisters, Lois Wells of Texas, Susan (Bill) Henderson of Colorado, Brenda (Scott) Kendall of Evanston, Illinois and Laura (Ervin) Howery of Henderson, Nevada; and several nieces and nephews.


In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Marie Fall and grandparents, James O. and Mary Wells.


Funeral services will be held at 5 PM, Sunday, March 9, 2014 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Andy Good officiating. Interment will be held at 2 PM, Monday, March 10, 2014 at McDonald Fairview Cemetery, Hardin County, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2-5 PM.
