Robert E. Johnson Jr.

Robert E. Johnson Jr., 55, of Ray, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 in Vinton County, as a result of an auto accident. He was born December 6, 1958 in Garrison, Kentucky, son of Robert E. and Juanita R. Penix Johnson Sr. of Ray.

He was a press operator at Advance Graphics in Columbus, an Army Veteran and a member of the Wellston VFW Post #9092.

Robert is survived by his sons, Robert E. Johnson III of Ray and Dakota Mason Johnson of McArthur; daughters, Roxanne (Keith) Witt of New Albany, Cheyanna Johnson of McArthur and Fallon Johnson of McArthur; three grandchildren; brothers, Thomas (Tammy) Johnson of Ray and Kelly Johnson of Ray; sister, Brenda (Pete) Campbell of Ray and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Thursday, March 20, 2014 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Randall Minton officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 12 P.M. until the time of the service.
