Florine Bruce

Florine Bruce, 78, of Logan, formerly of Nelsonville, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 5, 1935 in Nelsonville, the daughter of the late Melvin and Mildred Skivers Bruce.

Florine is survived by sisters, Juanita Oliver of Haydenville and Madelyn Corwin of Pataskala and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Bruce and sisters, Margaret Hawk, Gail Barber and Mercedine Warren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, April 28, 2014 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville with Rev. Mike Thomas officiating. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. No visitation will be held. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
