John R. Vititoe

John R. Vititoe, 39, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at the Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus. He was born September 28, 1974 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of John A. Vititoe of McArthur and Cindy Grow Spellman of McArthur. John was married to Amanda Kay Lawson-Vititoe, who survives.

He formerly worked at General Mills in Wellston and was a life member of the NRA.

In addition to his parents and wife, John is survived by his daughter, Trinity Lawson of McArthur; stepdaughter, Nevaeh Lawson of McArthur; sister, Wendy Daily of Oak Hill and stepfather, Roger Spellman of McArthur.

Friends may call 1 p.m., Wednesday, June 4, 2014 in the Wellston Church of The Nazarene, 39834 SR 93, Wellston, with Pastor Jim Griffith officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
