Mae Goss

Mae Goss, 92, of Logan, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. She was born April 26, 1922 in Old Straitsville, daughter of the late Edward and Emma Thrapp Lanning. She was the widow of the late Paul Edward Goss.

She is survived by her children, Paul (Velma) Goss of Logan, Harold (Charlene) Goss of Lancaster and Shelby Goss of Logan; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Larry “Pete” Goss and a brother, Richard Lanning.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. Betty Brooks officiating. Interment will be at New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
