Janet E. Stivison

Janet E. Stivison, 82 of Logan, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2014 at her residence. She was born March 25, 1932 in Hocking County, the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Poling Ansel.

She is survived by her husband Ronald E. Stivison; sons, Curt (Diane) Stivison and Jeff (Donna) Stivison, of Logan, Jim Stivison, of New Straitsville, Randy and Larry Stivison, of Logan; daughter Barb Spackey, of Logan; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Bernard Ansel; sisters Jean Nutter and Belva Hartman.

Funeral service will held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 East Second Street, Logan with Rev. Ricci Arthur officiating. Entombment to follow at New Fairview Mausoleum, Rockbridge. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
