Lois Ann Hartley

Lois Ann Hartley, 67, of Hamden, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Home in Wellston. She was born December 29, 1946 in Athens County, daughter of the late Kenneth and Dora Stanley Carman. Lois was married to Kenneth Hartley, who survives.

She retired from Mid West Fabricating Company in Amanda.

Lois is survived by her children, Donald (Misty) Webb of Shade, Malanie (Billie) Croston of Athens, Shelly (Richard) Groce of Hamden, Kenneth Hartley of Ashville, Teresa (Justin) Thibaut of Lancaster and Tony Hartley of Hamden; grandchildren, Sarah Wolfe and Chloe Groce and sisters, Carolyn (Ed) Doherty of Zaleski and Nancy Butcher of Logan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Webb; grandson Austin Hartley; brother, Dennis Carman and sister, Debbie Doherty.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, September 1, 2014 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Billie Croston officiating.. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
