Myrtle Aileen Jones

Myrtle Aileen Jones, 80, of McArthur, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Maple Hills Nursing Home in McArthur. She was born June 20, 1934 in Athens County, daughter of the late Arthur S. and Mable B. Bowles Ervin.

Aileen is survived by her daughters, Dianna Jones-Judy of Okeechobee, Florida and Donna Clere of Deltona, Florida; brother, Scott (Pauline) Ervin of Athens and Peggy Wandling of Athens.

Aileen’s wishes were to be cremated. No visitation or services will be held. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
