Betty Jo Castor

Betty Jo Castor, 44, of Logan, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2014 at her residence. She was born August 4, 1970 in Lancaster, Ohio, daughter of Penny Hampshire Myers of Lancaster and Charles David Myers of Charlotte, North Carolina. Betty was married to Ron Castor who survives.

Jo was always the first person to turn to if you had a problem and she was always willing to help.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by her son, Nick Castor of Logan; daughter, Shawnie Castor of Logan; grandchildren, Kylee and Noah Castor; brothers, Kevin Myers of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Casey Myers of Logan and Matthew Myers of Wilkesville and her grandmother, Betty Hampshire of Lancaster.

Betty was preceded in death by her grandfather, Walter Hampshire and grandmother, Geraldine Phillips.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, September 19, 2014 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 5-8 p.m.
