Judy Catherine Dodrill

Judy Catherine Dodrill, 71, of McArthur, passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at her residence. She was born March 7, 1943 in Columbus, daughter of the late Garfield Albert and Bonnilyn Juanita Peck Dodrill.

She was a retired nurse and minister through Laurelville Tabernacle and the First Christian Church.

Judy is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Sue Campbell and Jerri Lynn Bowman, both of McArthur; son, Garfield (J.J.) Keesee of McArthur; ten grandchildren and her sister, Gloria Jean (Jack) Fowler of McArthur.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Jane Keesee; brother, James Garfield Dodrill and her special friend, Harold McKee.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 14, 2015 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Marvelea Cummins officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call Tuesday, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
