Kurt J. Lindinger

Kurt J. Lindinger, age 54 of Columbus, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.  He was born March 31, 1960 in New Plymouth, OH, son of the late Fredrick A. Lindinger and Edeltraut Margaret Hofke Jordan.

Kurt was an Agricultural Relocation Engineer, employed by Mike’s Trucking and a US Navy veteran; he always carried the POW/MIA flag.  As an amazing karaoke singer, he was the life of every party.  A consistent hard worker, he lived life on his own terms.

He is survived by his companion, Teresa Waller, of Columbus; sons, Shaun (Lisa) Lindinger and Heath Stevens, both of Columbus; brothers, John, Fredrick Jr., Gary, Eddy, and Andy Lindinger; sisters, Diana (Mike) Heischman, Christy Lindinger, Barbara (Stan) Ujka, and Evelyn (Brian) Stepanek.

A memorial visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
