Margaret Jane Hemsworth

Margaret Jane Hemsworth, 92, of Lancaster, formerly of Logan, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 at Lanfair Nursing Home in Lancaster. She was born April 30, 1922 in Hocking County, daughter of the late Herbert and Hilda Wolfe Marshall. Jane was the widow of the late Merlin Hemsworth.

She is survived by her sons, Brian Hemsworth of Lancaster and Keith (Debra Justis) Hemsworth of Logan; daughters, Kay (Robert) Eaton of Logan, Marcia (Steve) Hemsworth-Rempel of Lancaster and Lisa (Todd) Sparks of Lancaster; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ned and Jack Marshall and sister, Christine Conrad.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, January 16, 2015 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor James Vanover officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
