Edna D. Cooper

Edna D. Cooper, 97, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Logan Health Care Center. Edna was born March 24, 1917 to the late Pearley R. and Bertha A. Switzer Danison. She was the widow of the late Homer Cooper.

Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her son Stephen Cooper and grandson Todd Cooper.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Virginia Cooper Freeman; step-daughter Janice Lambert; grandchildren, David (Lynn) Nolfi, Melissa Cooper, Jeff Cooper, Lori Freeman; great grandchildren, Justin Cooper, Sadie Vaughn, Rowan Vaughn, Ceara Johnson, Paige Davis, Matthew Nolfi, Daniel Nolfi, Jarod Nolfi; several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Heaven Proctor.

Per Edna’s request, graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Logan with Rev. Rick Bennington officiating. No visitation will be held. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
