Janice M. Trainer

Janice M. Trainer, 76, of McArthur, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Jenkins Care Community in Wellston. She was born April 26, 1939 in Pomeroy, Ohio, daughter of the late Guy M. and Frances Evans Cole. Janice was the widow of the late James P. Trainer.

She was a member of Pleasant Valley Trinity Church in Londonderry.

Janice is survived by her daughters, Jeannie (Gerry) Pugh of Wellston, Jennifer (Monty) Hayes of Lancaster, Jody (John Raynak) Blaney of Northfield, Ohio, Jerri (Virgil Hinojosa) Coletti of Austin, Texas and Julie (Korey Thompson) Trainer of McArthur; grandchildren, Wendy, Garrett, Grant, Josh, Jessica, Brandon, Jake, Sylvia, Kristina, Jade, Lexie, Kane and Kaden; great grandchildren, Hanna, Ian, Anna, Jenna, Colton, Jozey and Makiha and a brother, Kenneth G. Cole and Wellston.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tiffany J. Dixon; great granddaughter, Brynn Scarrett; brother, Don Cole and sister, Mary Adkins.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Rev. Jim Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 5-8 p.m.
