Christine (Adkins) Dickens

Christine (Adkins) Dickens, 63, of New Straitsville, passed away May 30, 2015 at her daughter’s residence in Baltimore, OH. She was born February 8, 1952, in Charleston, WV daughter of the late Raymond Dickens and Donna Haynes Bradshaw. She was married to Harley David Adkins Sr., who survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Harley David (Gina) Adkins Jr. of New Straitsville; daughters, Margaret (Mike) Spires of Lancaster and Cindy Gordon of Baltimore, OH; grandchildren, Anthony, David, Christina, Andrew, Jimmy Lee, Megan, Josh, Jonathan and Corey; several great grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Southall of Kentuck, WV, Nancy Reynolds of Goldtown, WV and Loretta Stover of Winifrede, WV; several half brothers and sisters and her caregiver, Brooke Wachenschwanz

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Roger Reed officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may call at the funeral home, Wednesday, from 12:00 PM, until the time of service.
