William R. Sigler

William R. Sigler, 76, of Logan, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. He was born August 29, 1938 in Logan, son of the late Robert Vernon Sigler and Helen Spears. William was married to Carolyn Sigler, who survives.

He retired from Carborundum in Logan.

William is survived by his sons, William K. (Tamara) Sigler and Kenneth (Jill) Sigler, both of Logan; Melissa (John Newkirk) Carpenter of Lancaster and Angi (Steve) Miller of Logan; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; brother, Mick (Pat) Sigler of Rushville and a sister, Norma (Norman) Edgington of California.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert V. Sigler Jr. and James E. Sigler and a sister, Patsy Sayre.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2015 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8 p.m.
