Shirley L. Emerson

Shirley L. Emerson, 75, of Logan, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at The Pickering House in Lancaster. She was born September 8, 1939 in Logan, daughter of the late George and Martha Ervin. Shirley was married to Robert W. Emerson Jr., who survives.

She is survived by her son, David (Jackie) Emerson of Logan; daughter, Georgette (Mike) Sinnott of Logan, Tamara (William) Wray of Rockbridge and Pamela Emerson of Lebanon, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James and Bill Henry and sisters, Judith Wade and Sherrida Ervin.

No services will be held. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Shirley L. Emerson to The Pickering House, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
