Ashiah Mayle-Faith Chambers

Ashiah Mayle-Faith Chambers, 4, of Creola, passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus. She was born August 22, 2011 in Lancaster, daughter of Jack Chambers of Creola and the late Sarah Beth Arnett Fick.

Ashiah is survived by her brother, Jayden Chambers; grandparents, Melody Arnett, Paula and Jack Chambers and Hoyt McMaster and great grandparents, Donna and Jeff Stivison, Joanne Chambers and Martha McGlothlin.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Sybil and Carl Arnett, Ben Chambers and Jerald McGlothlin.

Private graveside services will be held in Morgan Chapel Cemetery, Hocking County. Private visitation will be held in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
