Connie "Sue" Johnson

Connie Sue Elliott Johnson, 65, of Nelsonville, passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. She was born March 18, 1950 in Logan the daughter of the late Harry and Rosie Fugitt Elliott. She was married to Denver R. Johnson Sr. who survives.

Along with her husband, Sue is survived by children, Teresa Johnson of Nelsonville, Karen (Scott) Young of Athens and Denver (Ron Felton) Johnson of Weatherford, Texas; grandchildren, Kaylyn Johnson, Brea Young and Olivia Young; great grandchildren, Graclyn and Graden Thomas; sister, Sandy (Gary) Warren of Nelsonville; brothers, Ronald (Michelle) Elliott of Buchtel, Richard (Connie) Elliott and Michael (Sharon) Elliott both of Nelsonville; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Robert (Marchetta) Johnson, Clyde (Nancy) Johnson, Delores Storts, Patty Howson and Mary Johnson her best friend; beloved Pug “Otis”.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Sally Elliott; brothers-in-law, Junior , Don, Carl, Arthur and Jack Johnson and sisters-in-law Marilyn and Darlene Johnson.

At the request of the family, there will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements by the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, Nelsonville.
