Thomas William King

Thomas William King, 68, of Delaware, formerly of Nelsonville, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born February 24, 1948 in Warren, Pennsylvania, son the late Robert and Marcia Sorensen King.

Tom was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

He is survived by a daughter, Lori King of Delaware; sisters, Susan (Larry) Barber of Nelsonville and Jeanne (Dennis) Stump of Sand Ridge, West Virginia; a brother, John (Sandy) King of Galloway and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Greenlawn Cemetery New Addition, Nelsonville with Rev. Michael Thomas officiating. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Combined Color Guard Unit. Friends may call Saturday from 12-1 PM at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville
