Edwina Jean Mccoy

Edwina Jean McCoy, 82, of Chauncey, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at her residence. She was born July10, 1933 in Nelsonville, daughter of the late Edward and Regina Davis Evans. Edwina was married to the late Robert McCoy Jr.

She was a former member of the Nelsonville Lions Club.

Edwina is survived by her son, David McCoy of Chauncey; daughter, Lisa Waddell of Chauncey; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister, Sharon Stover of Nelsonville and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her infant grandson, Joshua McCoy and brother, Buss Evans.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 22, 2016 in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m.
