Nellie D. Clifton

Nellie D. Clifton, 86, of Rockbridge formerly of Logan, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at her residence. She was born February 21, 1930 in Hacker Valley, West Virginia, daughter of the late Noah E. and Stella S. Fisher Cutlip. She was married to the late Dorman R. Clifton who passed away in 2006.

She was a homemaker and was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by her family.

Nellie is survived by sons, Shawn Clifton of Auburn, Georgia, Shelton (Jim Curran) Clifton of Ypsilanti, Michigan and Mark (Dawn Durante) Clifton of Ft. Myers, Florida; daughter, Sheila (Larry) Knupp of Rockbridge.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Daryl, Garl and Shelford Cutlip.

Friends may visit 11-1 PM, Monday, August 22, 2016 at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
