Eleanor "Ellie" Buttrick

Eleanor “Ellie” Buttrick, 79, of Creola, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at her home. She was born September 18, 1936, daughter of the late Wilbur and Thelma Props Murphy. Ellie was married to Carl William Buttrick Jr., who survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Marvin Buttrick of Logan; daughter, Debbie Wilson of Westerville; granddaughters, Ambir Helber, Cassandra Kline, Amanda Kline and Sarah Riffle-McKeefry; great grandchildren, Hunter, Haley, Donny, Lillyanna, Kayden and Travis and sisters, Nora Mae Carter of New Plymouth and Catherine Murphy of Logan.

Private graveside services will be held in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Hocking County. Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, on Monday, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
