Judy Kay Bullock

Judy Kay Bullock, 45, of Hamden, passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born May 26, 1971 in Gallipolis, daughter of Arnold Reffitt of Vinton County and the late Wilma Boyer Russell. Judy was married to Theodore “Ted” Bullock, who survives.

In addition to her father and husband, Judy is survived by her brothers, Clarence (Nicole) Reffitt of Allensville, Herbie (Nessa) Reffitt of McArthur, Richard (Marie) Reffitt of McArthur and Hermel (Corina) Reffitt of McArthur; sister, Hazel Reffitt of Nelsonville; sister-in-law and best friend, Ruby Fierce of Vinton County; stepfather, Lawrence Russell of Athens County.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, November 3, 2016 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Pastor David Peoples officiating. Interment will be in Zion Cemetery, Vinton County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
