Carolyn Joyce Sigler

Carolyn Joyce Sigler, 74, of Logan, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017 at The Pickering House in Lancaster.  She was born August 14, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Kenneth E. and Beulah P. Fast Scott.  Joyce was the widow of the late William R. Sigler.

She was a retired LPN from Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan.

Joyce is survived by her sons, William K. (Tammy) Sigler and Kenneth S. (Jill) Sigler, both of Logan; daughters, Melissa G. Carpenter of Lancaster and Angi (Steve) Miller of Logan; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister, Jean (Terry) Cruise of Logan; brother-in-law, Ralph Dowler and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ginger Dowler and best friend, Millie McCullough.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, January 14, 2017 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Charles Fidler officiating.  Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 5-8 p.m. and on Saturday, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
