Ronald E. Stivison

Ronald E. Stivison, 88, of Logan, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster.   He was born September 22, 1928 in Hocking County, son of the late Herbert and Ethel Helber Stivison.  Ronald was married to the late Janet Ansel Stivison.

He retired from Kaiser Aluminum in Newark and was a Korean Conflict Army Veteran.

Ronald is survived by his sons, Curt (Diann) Stivison of Logan, Jeff (Donna) Stivison of Logan, Jim Stivison of New Straitsville, Randy (Debbie Stewart) Stivison of Logan and Larry Stivison of Logan; daughter, Barbara Spackey of Logan and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth, Donald and Oscar Leroy Stivison and sister, Joanne Ruffner.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Ricci Arthur officiating.  Entombment will be in New Fairview Mausoleum with military graveside services being conducted by the Hocking County Honor Guard.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m.
