Alfred "Al" Harrison Roberson V

Alfred “Al” Harrison Roberson V, 55, of Hamden, went to be with his heavenly Father Tuesday, September 12, 2017.  He was born August 29, 1962 in Wellston, son of Frances Pearl Trout Roberson of McArthur and the late Alfred Harrison Roberson IV.  Al was married for 25 years to Kimberly Sharon Finchum Roberson, who survives.

He owned and operated Nimco LP Gas Inc. in McArthur, was a member of the Dundas Independent Church in Hamden and was also a member of the FOE #2279 in McArthur.  Al loved to fish and hunted as a youth.

In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by his sisters, Frances Diane (Larry) Acord of Sanford, North Carolina, Cassandra (Dan) Boling of Logan, Vera Fuller of McArthur and Debra (Ray) Chapman of Jackson; brother, Alexis “Biff” (Carrie) Roberson of McArthur; father-in-law, Allen Finchum of London; brother-in-law, Eric (Julie) Finchum of Columbus and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Al was preceded in death by his father; infant sister, Deborah Roberson; brother-in-law, Randy Fuller and mother-in-law, Sharon Crow Finchum.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, September 15, 2017 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Pastor Barry Bolin officiating.  Cremation will follow to the services.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Alfred “Al” Roberson to the Dundas Independent Church, P.O. Box 585, McArthur, Ohio 45651.
