Andy L. Retherford

Andy L. Retherford, 58, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at his residence.  He was born January 17, 1964, in Ross County, Ohio, son of the late Warren Joseph and Annabelle Clark Retherford.  Andy was married to Charmine Moore Retherford, who survives.

Presently, he was an employee of Cardaras Funeral Homes.  Andy was a former manager of Carnival Foods for over 20 years and was also a former manager for Save-A-Lot in Logan.  He graduated from Huntington High School and Pickaway Ross Joint Vocational School.  Andy enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, going to sprint car races at Eldora Speedway and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his son, Nicholas Warren Retherford of Logan; daughter, Holly Ann Retherford of Logan; brother, Mark (Patty) Retherford of Chillicothe; sister, Debbie (John) Hopkins of Waverly and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Retherford; niece, Beth Retherford White and nephew, Jeremy Hopkins.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, September 10, 2022, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor Steve Hubbard officiating.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.
