Bette Mcdaniel Browning

Bette McDaniel Browning, 93, of Carroll, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021, at Altercare Thornville.  She was born February 5, 1928, in Vinton County, Ohio, daughter of the late Asa Sherman and Irene Alberta Prader McDaniel.

Bette loved and cared dearly for her family.  She loved working in her beauty salon and she also loved shopping.

Bette is survived by her son, Bill (Diana) Browning of Rushville, Ohio; grandchildren, Willy Browning, Eric (Amanda) Browning, and Scott (fiancé, Ashley) Browning; great grandchildren, Morgan, Chloe, Dillon, Emma, Harper, and Taylor; and brother, Vaughn McDaniel of Bonifay, Florida.

In addition to her parents, Bette was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Browning; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley (Frederick) Wade; and sister-in-law, Marlene McDaniel.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 5 to 7 PM at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.  Interment at a later date in Asbury Cemetery.
