Betty L. Hill

Betty L. Hill, 70, of Nelsonville, passed away Saturday June 15, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was born August 8, 1948 in Delaware, Ohio, the daughter of the late Joseph and Lydia M. Ringley Fox.  She was married to Clyde Edward Hill, for 33 years, and he passed away in 1999.  Of the residence is her dear friend and loving companion for 17 years, Michael Lee Durdel.

She was a member of Cornerstone Church in Glouster.

Along with her companion Michael, Betty is survived by her children, Michael (Jenny) Hill of West Springfield, PA., Timothy (Heather) Hill of Glouster, Christopher (Buffy Bowen) Hill of Johnstown and Martha (John) Giffin of Nelsonville; nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren; brothers, Victor (Marjorie) Fox of Trimble Township and Donald (Connie) Fox of Columbus; sisters, Pat (Tivis) Ferrell of Bellville and Pamela Fox of Lancaster; many nieces and nephews.

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Tonya Hill in 1997.

Betty's wishes were to be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
