Blanche M. A. Wilson

Blanche M. A. Wilson, 86, of Logan, passed away Monday, May 11, 2020, at Logan Care and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born March 24, 1934, in South Perry, Ohio, daughter of the late George and Freda Wagner Hedges.  Blanche was the widow of the late Harold E. Wilson.

She attended Dresbach Church in Tarlton, Ohio.

Blanche is survived by her daughters, Mary Jo Wilson of Logan, Peggy (Tom) Douglas of Lancaster and Terri (Bret) Notestone of Laurelville; grandchildren, Misty (Mathew Maynard) Johnson, Ashley (Kyle) Yeater and Kirby Douglas; great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Kyleigh and Logan Altier and Waylon Ohlinger and sisters, Esther (Ronald) Farleigh of Circleville and Martha (Daniel) Shepherd of Laurelville.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Shane Starner; brothers, Charles, Jacob, George and Jim Hedges and sister, Clara Toops.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, May 15, 2020, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Dan Shepard, Chaplin Kermit Welty and Rev. Andrew Stine officiating.  Interment will be in New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
