Cassandra "Cassi" R. Boling

Cassandra “Cassi” R. Boling, 72, of Hamden, passed away on Friday, September 6th, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born on December 29, 1951, in McArthur, to the late Frances Pearl (Trout) and Alfred Harrison Roberson IV. Cassandra was a lifetime member of the McArthur Eagles. She loved cooking and spending time with friends and family, and nobody ever left her house hungry.

Cassi is survived by her loving husband, Dan Boling; daughter, Rachel (Jimmy Johnson) Caudill; step-children, John Boling, Barbara Boling, and Timothy Boling; grandchildren, Robert “Alex” (Amanda) Lusk, Paige Lusk, Eric Pierce, Jaylynn (Tanner) Vanaman, Brayden Caudill, and Derek Bounds; great-grandchildren, Mason Lusk, Cara Bounds, Olivia Bounds, Rukk Lusk, and Airabella Pierce; several step-grandchildren; brother, Alexis “Biff” Roberson; sisters, Diane (Larry) Acord, Vera Fuller, and Debra (Ray) Chapman; and daughter-in-law, Miranda Caudill.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, James M. Caudill; brother, Alfred “Al” Roberson V; infant sister, Deborah Roberson; brother-in-law, Randy Fuller; and mother-in-law, Vernise Auflick.

A celebration of Cassi’s life will be held at a later date.
