Claude M. Warren

Claude M. Warren, 81, of Nelsonville, passed away Tuesday February 16, 2021 at the Kobacker House in Columbus.  He was born May 17, 1939 in Haydenville, Ohio, the son of the late Charles and Mabel Warren.  He was married to the late Patricia S. Poling Warren, for 53 years, and she passed away in 2014.

He was a retired Carpenter, and worked at various jobs during his lifetime.  Member of Nelsonville Senior Center and Faith Tabernacle Church in Nelsonville.  He was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.

Claude is survived by sons, Jeffrey (Colleen) Warren of Nelsonville, Dave Warren of Glouster and Anthony Warren of Nelsonville; daughters, Christy (Steven) Spencer of Corning and Vickie Burks of Thronville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Ricki Welch of Heath; nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents and wife, Claude was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Warren; grandson, Stevie Spencer; two sisters and one brother.

It was the wish of Claude to be cremated, and a graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday March 12, 2021 in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville.  Rev. Tim Kelly officiating.  Arrangements are by the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
