Claude Hylis Wing

Claude Hylis Wing, 65, of McArthur, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis.  He was born October 27, 1954, in Vinton County, son of the late Harry Edward and Carlene Dorothy Ashmore Wing.

He formerly worked at the Laurelville Feed Mill and Garretts Carpet Connection Flooring Department.

Claude is survived by his brother, Harley Lee (Barbara) Wing of Laurelville; sisters, Margaret Christine Hunt of Circleville, Carrie Louise McNeal of Circleville, and Mary Jean (Michael) Tipple of Lancaster; several nieces and nephews and special friend, Karen Wing of Creola.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence Edward Wing and sisters, Dora Rue Dietzel and Martha Ellen Anthony.

Private graveside services will be held in Locust Grove Cemetery, Vinton County.  No calling hours will be observed.
