Dallas Edward Doherty

Dallas Edward Doherty, 60, of Zaleski, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, May 17, 2019 at his residence.  He was born February 20, 1959 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, son of Shirley Mae Heiney Doherty of McArthur and the late Glen Eugene Doherty.  He was married to Carolyn Carman Doherty, who survives.

Dallas was employed at Brown-Forman Cooperage in Wellston.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Kelly Brown of Zaleski and Crystal (Anthony) Snyder of Dundas; grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan and Kyndle Brown; brothers, Bill Doherty, Mike (April) Doherty, Greg Doherty and Kenny (Loretta) Doherty; sisters, Pam Gillman and Diane “Punky” Doherty; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Pastor Carl Radcliff officiating. Interment will be at Elk Cemetery.  Friends may call Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
