Dalton George Blackstock

Dalton George Blackstock, infant son of Robert Shane Blackstock Jr. and Katie Marie (Nelson) Blackstock, of Hamden, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at his residence, in the loving arms of his family.  Dalton was born Friday, September 3, 2021, in Columbus, Ohio.

Dalton is survived by his brother, Daxton Shane Blackstock; grandparents, Becky and Tom Reed of Hamden, John Nelson, Shane and Betty Blackstock of Wellston and Tasha Wickline of Arizona; great grandparents, Robert and Kathryn Matteson of Hamden, Robert and Dorothy Reed of McArthur, Arlene Lewis of Kentucky and Harold and Jeanie Blackstock of Jackson; great great grandmother, Myrtle Adkins of Kentucky and numerous other aunts, uncles, family members and friends,

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Bill and Wanetta Nelson, George Calvin Brown and Cathy Rose Blackstock and uncle, Randall Matteson.

A graveside service will be held 11:30 a.m., Thursday, September 9, 2021, in Hamden Cemetery, Hamden, with Pastor Roger Hauck officiating.  No visitation will be held.

Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to them to help with monument expenses.
