Dorothy Catherine Henley

Dorothy Catherine Henley, 96, of McArthur, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at Maple Hills Nursing Home in McArthur.  She was born March 9, 1921 in Pomeroy, Ohio, daughter of the late Fred and Sarah Ellen Bradshaw White.  Dorothy was the widow of the late Charles Henley.

She was a member of Locust Grove United Methodist Church.

Dorothy is survived by her son, James (Pat) Hysell of McArthur fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Kay Elizabeth Stanley and Dorothy Juanita Kralik; brothers, Fred H. White and William White and sisters, Margie Bailey and Mildred McClain.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Jimmy Forrest officiating.  Interment will be in Miles Cemetery, Meigs County.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
