Dorothy Mae Wilson

Dorothy Mae Wilson, 73, of Circleville, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023, in Rockbridge, Ohio.  She was born September 27, 1949, in Richmond, Virginia, daughter of the late Lundy and Dora Miller Woosley.  Dorothy was married to Darrell Wilson, who survives.

She retired from the United States Air Force Reserves.  Dorothy enjoyed Harness Racing and was a member of the United States Harness Racing Association.

She is survived by her daughters, Dianna Gillespie of Logan and Blinda Williams of Circleville; stepsons, Todd Wilson of Kingston, Ohio and Travis Wilson of Circleville; grandchildren, Charles “Billy” Rinehart III, Kristin Rinehart and Samantha (Jace) Layman; great grandchild, Charles “Charlie” Rinehart IV; brothers, Randall Woosley of Zanesville, Lundy Woosley of Baltimore, Ohio and Billy Woosley of Columbus; sisters, Rosemary Knapp of Florida, Betty Wishon of Carroll, Ohio, Shirley (Donald) Mills of Carroll, Geraldine Thompson of Pataskala and Sharon Woosley of Columbus.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, February 4, 2023, in Betzer Cemetery in Carroll, Ohio with Pastor Bill Woosley officiating.  No visitation will be held.
